Lead and Arsenic Contents and Pollution Evaluation of Agricultural Products with Mountain Characteristics in Guizhou Province

  • In order to investigate the pollution status of lead and arsenic in the agriculture products with mountain characteristics in Guizhou province,the content of lead and arsenic were detected in 220 samples of teas,350 samples of coix seeds,60 samples of bamboo funguses,150 samples of peppers,50 samples of potatoes and 200 samples of kiwifruits from the planting base in Guizhou province,and the pollution evaluation and risk analysis were conducted. The results showed that the contents of lead in tea,coix seed,bamboo fungus,pepper and potato were 0.18~2.6,0.041~0.21,0.043~1.2,ND~0.093,ND~0.045 mg·kg-1.The contents of arsenic were ND~0.053,ND~0.044,0.068~1.1,ND~0.042,ND~0.041 mg·kg-1.The comprehensive pollution degree of lead and arsenic in the agriculture products with mountain characteristics in Guizhou province was shown as:Bamboo fungus > pepper > coix > seed > tea > potato > kiwifruit. Among them,tea,coix seed,pepper,potato and kiwifruit all belonged to the level of cleanliness and safety,only the bamboo fungus belonged to the level of cleanliness and alert,and there were some health risks. The content of heavy metals in different agriculture products were different,the content of heavy metals in the bamboo fungus were higher than others.
