Abstract
Through field experiments,7 kinds of plant growth regulators with different concentrations were sprayed on"red globe"grapes, and the residue of growth regulators in grape fruits and cobs were detected by UPLC-MS/MS method, and the residual digestion dynamics were obtained. The results indicated that the degradation rate of plant growth regulators with different concentrations was faster within 30 d after spraying potions. The residual amount of 6 kinds of growth regulators in cob was higher than that in fruit except cycocel. When the grape berries were ripe, the residue of grape berries and spike-stalk decreased to below the detection limit(mepiquat chloride<0.01 μg/kg,cycocel<0.01 μg/kg,6-BA<0.002 μg/kg,2-diethylaminoethyl hexanoate<0.02 μg/kg,thidiazuron<0.005 μg/kg,gibberellin<0.20 μg/kg,forchlorfenuron<0.01 μg/kg). The content of indoleacetic acid and abscisic acid could be detected by this method, their content did not change with the spraying of exogenous growth regulator. The UPLC-MS/MS method could accurately and quantitatively detect the content of plant growth regulators in grapes. The 7 kinds of plant growth regulators which sprayed to regulate the yield or quality of grapes in this experiment did not affect the edible safety of grapes in a certain concentration range.
