Development and trend of technologies for shell-egg grading

  • With the increasing of consumers' income and requirement for health and food safety,there is a growing demand for graded eggs.Based on the analysis of egg quality parameters,the paper summarized and analyzed the acquisition technology and data treatment for egg quality parameters. It is concluded that the future trends of egg grading technology will be included:integrated application of automation and intelligent acquisition technologies and smart data analysis models will be greatly adopted in the development of shell eggs grading in china market.
