  • Raspberry leaves and raspberry seeds are the important by-products with high added value in the course of raspberry cultivation.The study of antioxidants and the development of related products become one of the hotspots in current raspberry research field.In this paper, the development of raspberry leaves and raspberry seeds by-products are reviewed according to the literature.Summarizes the natural active ingredients, health function, product development status. Raspberry by-products have great potential in food, medicine, chemical industry, to provide theoretical and practical basis for the development of raspberry by-products.
