Synthesis and applications of nanoparticles in food
As an important part of food industry, nanoparticles have been widely studied in recent years. In this paper, the research progress of nanoparticles in recent years was reviewed, and the classification, preparation methods and applications of nanoparticles in the field of food were introduced, aiming to provide technical reference for the preparation and application for nanoparticles.
