Abstract
Response surface methodology was applied to optimize the microcapsule conditions of Citrus complex Biopreservatives.The effects of different wall materials,the ratio of wall material,wall core ratio and solid content on the citrus complex biopreservatives embedding rate were discussed. Based on the single factors experiments,the impact of each variable and their interaction on the embedding rate of citrus complex biopreservatives were investigated by response surface analysis.The results showed that optimal parameters for embedding rate of citrus complex biopreservatives microcapsules were as follows: the ratio of wall material of 2.50 g/g,wall core ratio of 3.00 g/g,solid content of 25.0%.In the optimum conditions,the embedding rate of citrus complex biopreservatives was 87.21%.The microcapsules of complex biopreservatives can protect the biopreservative of active substances and improve the preservation time and effect of citrus,and was expected to be used in the industrial production of citrus storage and preservation.
