Abstract
The response surface methodology was used to optimize ultrasound-assisted extraction of alkaloids from fruits of Evodia lenticellata Huang. Based on single factor experiment and the extraction rate of alkaloids for evaluation index,an ultrasonic procedure for the extraction of alkaloids from fruits of Evodia lenticellata Huang was established by using Box-Behnken center-united experiment design and response surface analysis method. The main ultrasonic extraction factors( extraction ultrasonic power, extraction temperature,liquid-solid ratio and mass fraction of ethanol) which affected the extraction yield of alkaloids from E.lenticellata Huang fruits were analyzed. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions of alkaloids were extraction ultrasonic power of 180 W,extraction temperature of 50 ℃,liquid material ratio of 40∶1( mL∶g),ethanol concentration of 70%,ultrasonic time of 40 min and extraction times of one. The extraction rate of total alkaloids reached 12.76 mg / g under the optimal extraction conditions. The extraction process obtained by response surface methodology was stable and reasonable. It was a feasible method to extract the total alkaloids from fruits of E.lenticellata Huang.
