Research status of lignans in sesame

  • The lignans in sesame have good antioxidant activity and physiological function, with important application value in food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and other fields, and had been gotten more and more attention and research. Therefore, the structure, extraction, application and detection of the lignans in sesame were reviewed in this paper, providing reference for sesame deep-processing.
