Study on the synthesis of L-citrulline chelated zinc by microwave in solid state

  • The L-citrulline chelated zinc was synthesized with L-citrulline and zinc acetate as reactants in solid state by microwave. To determine the chelation ratio by single factor and orthogonal experiment, we get the best conditions of reaction:sodium carbonate 15%, microwave power 300W, microwave irradiation time 4min, water 5%. Under the optimal conditions, the average yield of L-citrulline chelated zinc was 91.1%. Meanwhile, the structure of the product was preliminarily confirmed by IR spectrometry.
