Abstract
Response surface analysis methodology ( RSM) was used to optimizing the ultrasonic assisted extraction technology of total polyphenols in leaves of Eucommia ulmoides Olive. The influence on the technology caused by the variety of extraction solvents and the concentrations, liquid-to-solid ratio, extraction time, extraction temperature and extraction times was investigated. Experiments were arranged according to Box-Behnken central composite experiment design based on results of single-factor experiments. Response surface analysis was applied to create the two multinomial mathematical and optimize the extract process. Results showed that the optimum parameters for extracting from leaves of Eucommia ulmoides Olive were 55%ethanol, 25 times the amount of solvent and 25min at 45℃ twice. Under these condition, the yield of total polyphenols was 4.678%.
