Research progress in immobilized lipase technology
Lipases are carboxylic ester hydrolases which have been widely used in food, pharmaceuticals, detergents and cosmetics industry. The lipase immobilization is a technology which is developed to improve lipase stability and reusability. The immobilization of lipase and enzymology properties research progress of immobilized lipase were summaried in this paper.
