Reserch of traceability standardization of prepackaged food

Traceability standardization of prepackaged food quality and safety is an important part of traceability standardization of food quality and safety. In this paper, the present situation of traceability standardization of prepackaged food was analyzed, the construction of prepackaged food traceability standard system framework was discussed . Then , writing specification of prepackaged food traceability information ’ s numbering , information’s collection, information’s notification were discussed in order to provide more useful reference for implementation of food safety traceability in China.
