Optimization of the conditions of Morchella esculenta mycelium liquid culture Zinc-riching

  • The abilities of Zinc-riching of Cordyceps militaris, Stropharia rug-annulata, Gomphidiaceae, Pleurotus eryngii, Boletus edulis, Morehella esculenta, Ganoderma lucidum and Hypsizygus marmoreus were studied. The mycelium liquid fermentation conditions of Zinc-riching of Morchella esculenta were studied. The results showed that Morchella esculenta mycelium had high capacities of Zn-resisting and Zn-accumulating. The optimal Zinc source was Zn ( CH 3 COO) 2 . The strain could grow with Zinc concentration from 100mg /L to 800mg /L. When Zinc added to the liquid medium 600mg /L, the mycelium had the most Zinc absorbance. The optimum Zinc-riching liquid fermentation conditions were as following:fermention temperature 25℃, pH7, stirring speed 150r /min, 250mL shake flash containing 50mL medium, adding Zinc 600mg /L, inoculation size 5% and culture for 4d.Under this condition, the ratio of mycelia Zinc-riching reached a maximum of 23.20%, and the degree of Zinc organic was 37.71%.
