Abstract
In order to detect the content of RES in samples rapidly and effectively, RES molecular imprinted photonic hydrogel ( MIPH ) was synthesized using photonic crystal as the template , RES as the template molecule , MAA as the functional monomer , EGDMA as the cross-linker and AIBN as the initiator . The morphology characterization of photonic crystal and MIPH was studied by scanning electron microscope (SEM) . The results showed that photonic crystal was formed by ordered silica developing into six party accumulation structures, and the 3-D interconnected macroporous structure was shaped in MIPH. The Bragg diffraction of photonic crystal and MIPH was investigated by ultraviolet spectrophotometer, and the MIPH after eluting RES was responsive to RES within 3 minutes, the Bragg diffraction peak shifted from 440 to 463nm with the concentration of RES increasing from 10-9to 10-5mol/L. Due to high sensitivity and specificity, quick response and easy operation, the application of MIPH in food detection area was promising.
