Quantitative analysis of abietic acid, longifolene and dimethyl carbonate by area correction normalization method

  • Area correction normalization method was used for quantitative analysis of abietic acid, longifolene and dimethyl carbonate by GC-1102 gas chromatography, longifolene as standard material. The results showed that the relative mass correction factors of abietic acid and dimethyl carbonate compared with longifolene were 2.6349 and 3.8827, respectively. The accuracy and recovery of this method were tested, and the maximum relative standard deviation (RSD) of three components was 1.90%, the recovery of abietic acid, longifolene and dimethyl carbonate were:105.35%, 93.09% and 99.09%.Area normalization method and area correction normalization method was compared through the relative deviation, the maximum relative deviation of two methods comparing the actual value were 213.48% and 1.64%.
