薄层扫描法测定L-抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯

A new method is presented for determination of ascorbyl palmitate with thin layer chromatography.The method is based on the reaction of 2, 6 Dichlorphenolindophnol Natriumsalz Dihydrate with ascorbyl palmitate.Optimum experimental conditions have been established.The determination range of 2.5～20μg, the recovery of 98.4%～101.8%, and the variation coefficient of 1.34% are given.
