Abstract:
Objective:The extraction process for polysaccharides of
Polygonatum and its prescription were optimized, and the moisturizing effect of human body was evaluated. Methods:The optimum extraction parameters of
Polygonatum polysaccharides were determined by single factor experiment and orthogonal experimental design. The optimum proportion of plant mixed polysaccharides was confirmed by uniform design experiment with the content of the total polysaccharides. The optimum extraction parameters of plant mixed polysaccharides were determined by single factor experiment and orthogonal experimental design. Then the extracts were to evaluate the moisture retention capacity of human body. Result:The optimal extraction conditions of
Polygonatum polysaccharides were determined as solid to solvent ratio of 1∶90 g/mL,extraction time of 2.5 h,extraction temperature of 50 ℃,and under the optimum conditions, the content of
Polygonatum polysaccharides was(3.90±0.01) mg/g.The optimal extraction conditions of plant mixed polysaccharides were obtained as following:solid to solvent ratio,1∶50 g/mL;extraction time,2 h,extraction temperature,50 ℃,and under the optimum conditions, the content of plant mixed Polysaccharides was(4.17±0.13) mg/g. The
Polygonatum polysaccharide had the effect of immediate moisturizing, and the moisture measurement value(MMV)reached 62.261 C.U. at 0.5 h. With the increase of time, the moisturizing effect of plant mixed polysaccharides was gradually increasing, and the MMV reached 61.13 C.U.at 4 h. Conclusion:it experiment provides a theoretical basis for further research on
Polygonatum polysaccharides and its prescription polysaccharides.
