药食同源物质改善胃肠道功能作用的研究进展

Research Progress on the Effect of Medicinal and Edible Substances on Improving Gastrointestinal Tract Function

  • 摘要: 胃肠道功能失调,会引发多种慢性疾病或亚健康状态,改善胃肠道功能是维持人体健康和提高生活质量的关键。以药食同源物质为主要原料,用于胃肠道功能的改善显现出较大的优势。本文通过查阅文献古籍,归纳药食同源物质及含药食同源物质的古方,并从抗幽门螺杆菌、促进消化及胃黏膜保护等三个方面分析了药食同源物质及其复方的改善胃肠道作用机制,最后分析了市场现有改善胃肠道健康产品的功效及组方,为具改善胃肠道功能的食药资源进一步开发及其健康产品的研究提供一定思路。

     

    Abstract: Gastrointestinal dysfunction can cause a few chronic diseases or other health problems. Maintaining the health of the gastrointestinal tract is essential to improve human health and quality of life. Medicinal and edible substances as main raw materials have shown greater benefits in improving gastrointestinal tract function. This paper summarizes the medicinal and edible substances and ancient prescriptions containing medicinal and edible substances, and analyzes the mechanism of medicinal and edible substances and compound prescriptions for improving gastrointestinal tract function from three aspects: Anti-Helicobacter pylori, digestion promotion and gastric mucosa protection. Finally, we analyze the efficacy and formulae of existing food products for improving gastrointestinal tract on the market, in order to provide some ideas for further development of dietary resources and research of dietary therapy products with improving gastrointestinal tract functions.
