羧甲基半乳甘露聚糖研究进展

Research Progress of Carboxymethyl Galactomannan

  • 摘要: 半乳甘露聚糖属于多糖类天然高分子化合物,具有一定的水溶性、增稠性及交联性,但存在分散过程长、溶解度低等缺点,对其进行物理或化学改性以优化理化性质和提高产品性能是当前研究工作的重点内容。通过羧甲基改性得到的阴离子型衍生物,在溶解速度、水溶性、透明度等方面都有较为明显地改善,具有广阔的应用前景。本文首先介绍了半乳甘露聚糖的成分、结构,以及其在工业生产中存在的缺陷,阐述了改性研究的必要性和羧甲基改性的优势;然后总结了羧甲基半乳甘露聚糖的改性方法、表征情况和应用现状,重点概述了改性后的结构及流变学特性以及其作为缓释载体在医药领域应用的研究进展;最后对羧甲基半乳甘露聚糖研究现状存在的局限性以及未来研究的方向进行了总结与展望,以期为扩大我国半乳甘露聚糖资源的应用领域及深度提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Galactomannan is a polysaccharide natural polymer compound, which has certain water-solubility, thickening and cross-linking, but has the shortcomings of long dispersion process and low solubility. Physical or chemical modification of galactomannan to optimize physical and chemical properties and improve product performance is the focus of current research. The anionic derivatives modified by carboxymethyl have obvious improvement in dissolution rate, water solubility, transparency and so on, and have broad application prospects. In this paper, the composition, structure and defects of galactomannan in industrial production are introduced, and the necessity of modification and the advantage of carboxymethyl modification are described. Secondly, the modification methods, characterization and application status of carboxymethyl galactomannan are summarized. The structure and rheological properties of the modified galactomannan as well as its research progress in the medical field as a sustained-release carrier are summarized. In the end, the limitations of the research status quo of carboxymethyl galactomannan and the direction of future research are summarized and prospected, in order to provide reference for expanding the application field and depth of galactomannan resources in China.
