杜仲叶的活性成分、药理作用及其在食品加工中的应用

Active Components, Pharmacological Action and Application in Food Processing of Eucommia ulmoides Leaves

  • 摘要: 杜仲富含大量活性成分,研究证明杜仲叶与杜仲皮有相同的药理作用,但未得到有效开发。本文整理已发表的杜仲叶相关文献,对其活性成分、药理作用及其在食品加工中的应用进行论述,以期为杜仲叶的精深加工和高值化开发奠定一定的理论基础。

     

    Abstract: Eucommia ulmoides is rich in a large number of active ingredients. Studies prove that the leaves and bark of Eucommia ulmoides have the same pharmacological effects, but it has not been effectively developed. In this paper, the active components, pharmacological effects and application in food processing of Eucommia ulmoides leaves are reviewed, so as to lay a theoretical foundation for deep processing and high-value development of Eucommia ulmoides leaves.
