驴骨胶原蛋白肽对骨质疏松大鼠的改善作用

Effect of Donkey Bone Collagen Peptide on Improving Osteoporosis in Rats

  • 摘要: 为探究驴骨胶原蛋白肽(Donkey bone collagen peptide,DBCP)对骨质疏松大鼠的改善作用。以健康的雌性SD大鼠为研究对象,切除卵巢构建骨质疏松模型后,以不同分子量的DBCP(<1 kDa、1~3 kDa、>3 kDa)作为受试样品,并分别设置高低(4%、2%)两个剂量组,饲喂12周后测定各组的功效评价指标(脏器、血清及骨指标等)。结果表明:不同分子量的DBCP各剂量组均不会明显影响大鼠的肝肾功能;三种分子量DBCP高剂量组(4%)能很好地抑制去卵巢后由于代谢失衡引起的碱性磷酸酶和肿瘤坏死因子指标的升高;<1 kDa和1~3 kDa DBCP能有效地提升骨质疏松大鼠体内的钙、磷水平,并可使去卵巢大鼠骨密度恢复至正常水平。综合可得,DBCP对骨质疏松症状具有一定的改善作用,且无明显副作用,可作为安全的营养补充剂长期服用。

     

    Abstract: The purpose of the research was to explore the effect of donkey bone collagen peptide(DBCP) on improving osteoporosis in rats. Firstly, ovaries of healthy female SD rats were excised to construct osteoporosis model. Then different molecular weights of DBCP(<1 kDa, 1~3 kDa, >3 kDa) were used as the test samples, and the high and low dose groups(4%, 2%) were set respectively. After 12 weeks of feeding, the efficacy evaluation indexes(serum, organ and bone indexes, etc.) of each group were measured. The results showed that: DBCP with different molecular weight did not significantly affect the liver and kidney function of rats. The high-dose groups(4%) of DBCP with three molecular weights could inhibit the increase of alkaline phosphatase and tumor necrosis factor caused by metabolic imbalance after ovariectomy;<1 kDa and 1~3 kDa DBCP could improve the level of calcium and phosphorus in osteoporosis rats, and restore bone mineral density to normal level in ovariectomized rats. In conclusion, DBCP has a certain improvement effect on osteoporosis symptoms without obvious side effects, and can be taken as a safe nutritional supplement for a long time.
