胶原肽预防骨质疏松症及其作用机制研究进展

A Review of Collagen Peptides in Preventing Osteoporosis and Its Mechanism

  • 摘要: 随着人口老龄化的加速,骨质疏松症已成为我国乃至世界面临的重要公共健康问题。目前常用的雌激素替代疗法、特立帕肽等药物在防治骨质疏松症方面均表现出一定的副作用,而接受度较高的联合维生素D补钙法对部分人来说效果欠佳,且过量补充还会增加结石、心血管疾病的风险。胶原蛋白是骨骼中含量最多的蛋白质,已有大量研究表明胶原蛋白酶解物——胶原肽可以改善骨代谢,且具有来源广、生物利用度高、安全无副作用等优点,是预防骨质疏松症的良好天然食源性成分。本文综述了胶原肽在促进骨形成、减缓骨丢失方面的体内外功效评价及作用机制,以期为胶原肽类预防骨质疏松症功能性食品的开发提供一定的理论依据。

     

    Abstract: With the acceleration of population aging, osteoporosis has become an important public health problem in China and even the world. Estrogen replacement therapy, teriparatide and some other drugs are commonly used in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis, but they all shown some side effects. Even the most acceptable method, calcium and vitamin D supplementation, doesn't work well for some people, and overdose also increases the risk of stones and cardiovascular disease. Collagen is the most abundant protein in bone. A number of studies have shown that collagen hydrolysates can improve bone metabolism, and have the advantages of wide source, high bioavailability and no side effects, so collagen peptides are good food-borne ingredients for the prevention of osteoporosis. This review summarizes the in vivo and in vitro efficacy evaluation and mechanism of collagen peptides in promoting bone formation and slowing bone loss, hoping to provide a certain theoretical basis for the development of collagen peptide functional foods for preventing osteoporosis.
