Abstract:
In order to scientifically evaluate the quality of red-centred kiwifruit from different habitats and establish the quality evaluation system, 16 quality attributes including the appearance quality and intrinsic quality of 11 habitats kiwifruit were measured by national standard method and agricultural standard method. The correlation of quality index of red-centred kiwifruit was analyzed. The quality of red-centred kiwifruit was comprehensively evaluated by principal component analysis and cluster analysis. The results showed that there were different appearance and intrinsic quality of red-centred kiwifruit from different habitats, the difference of trace elements was large and the coefficient of variation was greater than 20%, and the difference of longitudinal diameter was small and the coefficient of variation was only 6.66%. The principal component analysis showed that 6 principal components represented the 16 quality indexes of red-centred kiwifruit, and their cumulative variance contribution rate was up to 90.950%. Six quality indicators including longitudinal diameter, sugar-acid ratio, vitamin C, Co, Sr and Ba were screened out by using correlation analysis and principal component analysis from 16 quality indexes as the core indicators to comprehensively evaluate the fruit quality of red-centred kiwifruit. According to the cluster analysis, 11 habitats red-centred kiwifruit were divided into 4 categories, which was consistent with the result of principal component analysis. Among the 11 habitats, red-centred kiwifruit from Fengxin had the best quality, followed by Cangxi, Zhouzhi, Songtao, and that from Xixia had the worst quality.
