数字PCR技术在食品检测中的应用研究进展

Research Progress of Digital PCR Technology and Its Application in Food Detection

  • 摘要: 数字PCR是近年来迅速发展的一种核酸分子定量检测技术,与传统检测方法相比具有不依赖标准曲线、灵敏度和精准度高等优势,在食品转基因成分分析、动植物产品检测、微生物检测等相关领域逐渐显现出巨大的应用价值和发展前景。本文对数字PCR的原理、应用、存在的问题及发展趋势等进行综述及分析,为数字PCR在食品检测中的应用提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Digital PCR(dPCR)technology is a rapid development of absolute quantification of nucleic acid molecules in recent years. It has the advantages of quantification without standard curve,high sensitivity and high accuracy. With the increasing requirements of detection technology in various fields,the application of digital PCR technology in the analysis of genetically modified products,animal and plants products,microorganisms and other fields has become more and more widespread. This article reviews the principles and applications of dPCR,analyzes its problems and prospects,and provides a reference for the application of digital PCR.
