聚L-苏氨酸修饰电极法测定特丁基对苯二酚含量

Determination of Tert-butylhydroquinone by a Poly-L-threonine Modified Electrode

  • 摘要: 利用电化学方法将L-苏氨酸聚合到玻碳电极(glassy carbon electrode,GCE)表面,制备了聚L-苏氨酸修饰电极(poly L-threonine modified glassy carbon electrode,PLTE/GCE)。研究了特丁基对苯二酚在该修饰电极上的电化学行为,建立了测定食品中添加剂特丁基对苯二酚(tert-butylhydroquinone,TBHQ)的新方法。在浓度为2.0×10-7~2.0×10-5 mol·L-1范围内,特丁基对苯二酚在聚L-苏氨酸修饰电极上的氧化峰电流(ipa)与其浓度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.9994,检出限为8.6×10-9 mol·L-1。对样品中特丁基对苯二酚的进行检测,回收率范围在98.5%~102.6%之间。

     

    Abstract: Poly L-threonine modified glassy carbon electrode was prepared by electropolymerization of L-threonine. The electrochemical behavior of tert-butyl hydroquinone(TBHQ)was studied by cyclic voltammetry(CV). A new method for the determination of TBHQ in food was established. Under the optimal conditions,good liner relationships between current intensities and TBHQ concentrations were obtained in the ranges of 2.0×10-7~2.0×10-5 mol·L-1,with correlation coefficients(r)of 0.9994,the detection limit was 8.6×10-9 mol·L-1. The modified electrode can be applied to the analysis of TBHQ in sample with recoveries of 98.5%~102.6%.
