Abstract:
In this paper, the stability and superposition risk of 5 kinds of complementary food supplements(1 kind of sprinkles for complementary food supplement and 4 kinds of nutrient-dense food supplements for complementary feeding)were analyzed. Stability tests showed that for sprinkles for complementary food supplement, the average attenuation rate of vitamin B
1 was the highest(34.62%),followed by vitamin D(30.77%),B
12(30.14%),B
6(29.41%)and A(29.10%),and the relatively stable was calcium(5.22%). For the four nutrient-dense food supplements for complementary feeding, the relatively stable nutrients were protein(0~0.93%)and calcium(2.17%~11.30%). The relatively unstable nutrients were vitamin A(25.77%~30.74%),D(22.37%~33.82%),B
1(17.81%~25.93%),B
2(25.00%~28.00%),B
6(26.03%~33.33%)and B
12(13.11%~21.54%). The average attenuation rate of the nutrients in different varieties had a certain difference. The results of nutritional superposition risk showed that babies who consumed complementary food supplements while eating infant formula milk powder needed to scientifically select appropriate complementary food supplements to avoid the risk of excessive intake of some nutrients. However, for the babies who did not take in infant formula milk powder, the consumption of rice flour and complementary food supplements at the same time had no risk of overconsumption, but a good nutritional supplement.
