Abstract:
Based on the analysis of tannase solid-state fermentation technology and combination with the structure of traditional thick-layer ventilation starter,a mobile packed-bed solid-state reactor was designed. Using tea stalk as substrate, the pilot-scale fermentation of tannase was carried out in the packed-bed solid-state reactor, and the effects of different ventilation rates of 10,15,20 m
3/h on the fermentation were investigated. The results showed that under the conditions of ventilation of 10,15 and 20 m
3/h,the maximum enzyme activities reached 8.21,8.08,8.41 U·gds
-1,respectively,and the time of maximum enzyme activities were 96,120,144 h,respectively. Production of tannase by fermentation with tea stalk as substrate in the packed-bed solid-state fermentation reactor, not only had a wide range of raw materials and low price, but also could effectively improve the tannase activity.
