Abstract:
In this paper, blueberries were coated with different cellulose fresh-keeping films prepared by blending tea polyphenols and dandelion extracts from corn straw. The effects of different fresh-keeping films on blueberries were analyzed by measuring the rotting rate, weight loss rate, soluble solids content, cellulose C content, malondialdehyde content, anthocyanin content and fruit hardness. Firstly, cellulose fresh-keeping films(15% dandelion extract+15% tea polyphenols),cellulose antibacterial films(30% dandelion extract)and cellulose preservative films(30% tea polyphenols)with 30% composite preservative were prepared respectively, and then different kinds of preservative films were applied to cover blueberries to analyze the preservation effect. The results showed that, fruit firmness, weight loss rate,V
C content and anthocyanin content of blueberries after preservation with cellulose composite film were improved compared with those of control group recycled cellulose film packaging. On the 14th day, fruit firmness of blueberry was 3.14 times of the control group, weight loss rate was 59.1% of the control group, and the V
C content was 1.70 times of the control group, anthocyanin content was 1.48 times of the control group. In conclusion,30% cellulose composite fresh-keeping film has obvious effect on blueberry fresh-keeping,and it is a kind of film material with good fresh-keeping performance.
