膳食中的主要成分对肠道微生物组成及代谢影响的研究进展

Research Progress on the Effects of Main Components in Diet on Intestinal Microbial Composition and Metabolism

  • 摘要: 随着对肠道微生物结构和功能的不断挖掘,研究发现肠道微生物参与人体与膳食相关的多项生理过程,膳食在调节人体肠道微生物的组成和代谢活动中有重要作用。膳食营养中含有肠道菌群代谢所需的底物,以多种途径影响肠道菌群的组成和功能。本文对近几年来国内外关于膳食主成分对肠道菌群组成及代谢影响的研究进行综述,以肠道菌群为靶点,通过调整人类的食物多样性来改善宿主的代谢能力和健康,旨在为肠道菌群的研究及其饮食调控提供参考。

     

    Abstract: With the continuous excavation of intestinal microbial structure and function,studies found that intestinal microbes participate in many physiological processes related to human diet,and diet plays an important role in regulating the composition and metabolic activities of human intestinal microbes. Dietary nutrients contain the substrate required for metabolism of the intestinal flora,affecting the composition and function of the intestinal flora in some ways. In this paper,effects of dietary components on the composition and metabolism of intestinal flora in recent years are reviewed. Targets were to improve the metabolism and health of the host by targeting the intestinal flora and regulating human food diversity. The purpose is to provide some ideas and references for the study of intestinal flora and its dietary regulation.
