Abstract:
In this study,a
Lactobacillus plantarum with laxative function was taken as study object, the function and stability of its tablet products were studied. The utilization efficiency of
Lactobacillus plantarum 581 to different prebiotics was evaluated by detecting its growth curve and end point pH. Mouse constipation model was used to evaluate the efficacy of tablets made from fructo-oligosaccharide(FOS)and
L. plantarum 581.The stability of tablets was evaluated by monitoring the number of viable cells, moisture content and water activity of the tablets stored at 4℃ and 28℃ for 6 months. The experimental results showed that FOS was the best prebiotic for
L. plantarum 581.The live bacterial tablets prepared by
Lactobacillus plantarum 581 and FOS as main functional components could effectively improve the intestinal function of constipation model mice after 7 days of oral administration. It showed that FOS had a promoting effect with
L. plantarum 581 and had the function of improving constipation. Meanwhile, the tablet product could effectively maintain its viable count at 4℃(10
10 CFU/g),to bring into playing the functions of the probiotic product.
