胶体金免疫层析试纸条技术及其在食品安全检测中的应用研究进展

Research Progress of Colloidal Gold Immunochromatographic Test Strip Technology and Its Application in Food Safety Testing

  • 摘要: 本论文介绍了胶体金免疫层析试纸条技术的基本原理和制备方法,并概述了该技术在医疗检测、食品检测和重金属检测领域的应用研究进展,展现了胶体金免疫层析技术所具有的敏感性和特异性高、操作便捷及可快速判读结果等特点,同时也提出了此项技术目前所存在的一些局限性,并探讨了其在未来研究应用中的发展方向,为我国食品安全快速定量检测技术发展提供文献支持。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the principles and the preparation of colloidal gold immunochromatography technology have been introduced, and the application in several areas such as clinical test, food safety and heavy metal detection are mainly described to show the characteristics of CGIS such as high specificity, high sensitivity, rapid and simple. Meanwhile, the current limitations of this technology have been mentioned. In addition, the development direction of research and application of this technology is given. This review is expected to provide the bibliographic support for the promotion of rapid quantitative detection of food safety in our country.
