Abstract:
A method for detection of trivalent chromium(Cr(Ⅲ))and hexavalent chromium(Cr(Ⅵ))in
Auricularia auricula was established by using tubular atmosphere furnace and high performance liquid chromatography inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(HPLC-ICP-MS)under the protection of high purity helium.
Auricularia auricula was carbonized in the tubular atmosphere furnace protected by the high purity He to avoid valence state changing. the complexation reaction took place under the condition of the ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid disodium salt(EDTA-2Na,0.5 mmol/L)with 60 mmol/L NH
4NO
3. Cr(Ⅲ)and Cr(Ⅵ)could be both kept in anion-exchange column(250 mm×4.6 mm,10 μm),which detected by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer. When the concentration of standard solution of Cr(Ⅲ)and Cr(Ⅵ)in the range of 0.1~50.0 μg/L,the good linear relationship could be gotten, and
R2 was over than 0.9998. The results showed that the recovery rate of the added standard of Cr(Ⅲ)and Cr(Ⅵ)were 80.0%~91.0% and 80.2%~92.3%,respectively. And the relative standard deviations(RSD)were 2.0%~3.4% and 1.5%~3.7%,respectively. It proved that the method was stable, reliable and sensitive, which could satisfy the necessary to determine Cr(Ⅲ)and Cr(Ⅵ)in
Auricularia auricula.
