农产品加工废弃植物纤维利用现状及其在热压成型技术上的应用研究进展

Research Progress of Utilization of Waste Plant Fibers in Agricultural Products Process and Its Application in Hot Pressing Technology

  • 摘要: 我国农产品加工废弃植物纤维资源广,利用率低,对生态环境造成较大的污染。所以,近年来,植物纤维的综合利用与植物纤维复合材料加工技术成为国内外学者的研究热点。其中,热压塑化成型技术操作简便,使用的添加剂少,绿色环保,与其他加工技术相比具有很大的优势,应用前景好。本文对植物纤维的特点、热压成型机理、工艺条件、应用等进行了综述,分析了热压成型技术的优势及存在的问题,对其应用前景进行了展望。

     

    Abstract: There are a lot of wasted plant fiber resources in China of which the fiber utilization is low that caused a great pollution to the ecological environment. Therefore,the comprehensive utilization of plant fiber is a research hotspot in recent years. Compared with other processing technologies,the hot pressing plasticizing molding technology has good application prospects because of the advantage that is easy to operate,and add a small amount of additives which are green and environmentally friendly. In this paper,the characteristics of the plant fiber,the hot-pressing forming mechanism,the process conditions and application were reviewed. In addition,the advantages and problems of hot-pressing technology were analyzed and its application prospects were prospected.
