木薯副产物的综合利用现状及发展趋势

Comprehensive Utilization Status and Development Trend of the Cassava By-products

  • 摘要: 木薯市场的快速发展,使木薯副产物资源不断增加,因此木薯副产物的综合高效利用显得尤为重要。本文从木薯副产物的高值化利用,以及对动物、农作物乃至人类健康的益处出发,重点综述了以木薯渣、木薯叶及木薯皮作单胃动物、反刍动物或蚕类昆虫等的生物饲料,以木薯渣、木薯皮和木薯茎秆作蔬菜瓜果或食用菌等农作物基质,以木薯叶作菜肴或膨化食品等方面的研究进展,以期为我国木薯副产物功能性酵素等新兴产业的开发与发展提供参考。

     

    Abstract: With the rapid development of cassava market,cassava by-products resources are increasing,so the comprehensive and efficient utilization of cassava by-products is particularly important. Starting from the high value utilization of cassava by-products and their benefits to animals,crops and even human health,this paper mainly summarized the use of cassava residue,cassava leaves and cassava skin as biological feed for monogastric animals,ruminants or silkworm insects,cassava residue,cassava skin and cassava stalk as crop substrates for vegetables,fruits or edible fungi,and cassava leaves as dishes or puffed foods,to provide reference for the development and development of cassava by-product functional enzymes and other emerging industries in China.
