罗非鱼鱼鳞胶原蛋白的研究进展

Research Progress of Tilapia Fish Scale Collagen

  • 摘要: 本文基于目前罗非鱼鱼鳞胶原蛋白的研究现状,对其组成、结构、提取方法、性能以及应用进行了对比总结,发现运用酶解法制得的胶原蛋白质量最优,但成本较高,运用多种提取方法结合制备胶原蛋白效率更高,为今后主要发展方向,同时罗非鱼鱼鳞胶原蛋白目前在医学、食品、化妆品、环境方面应用广泛,今后可在过敏原问题以及止血方面着重研究。

     

    Abstract: Based on the current research status of tilapia fish scale collagen, this paper compares its composition, structure, extraction method, performance and application, and finds that the amount of collagen protein obtained by enzymatic hydrolysis is optimal, but the cost is high. The extraction method combines the efficiency of collagen production and is the main development direction in the future. At the same time, tilapia fish scale collagen is widely used in medicine, food, cosmetics and environment. In the future, it can focus on allergen problems and hemostasis.
