陕西区域茯砖茶中“金花”含量分析

Analysis of the Content of “Golden Flower” in Fuzhuan Tea in Shaanxi Province

  • 摘要: 为了研究陕西省区域内茯砖茶中"金花"含量分布情况,采用国标方法GB 4789.15-2016的第一法对FZC-1~FZC-50共50份茯砖茶中"金花"含量进行检测。结果表明,不同茶叶品种基质上的冠突散囊菌在同一培养基上的生长速率不同,增殖方式为有性繁殖和无性繁殖,菌落呈现黄色、暗黄色、褐色或淡黄色。"金花"含量最高的为FZC-35,350×104 CFU/g;含量最低的为FZC-2和FZC-4,均为20×104 CFU/g。有48份茯砖茶"金花"含量均符合GB/T 9833.3-2013《紧压茶 第三部分:茯砖茶》中对冠突散囊菌含量的最低要求(20×104 CFU/g);44份茯砖茶"金花"含量符合DBS61/0006-2014《食品安全地方标准 泾阳茯砖茶》中对冠突散囊菌含量的最低要求(30×104 CFU/g)。研究表明,陕西省区域内不同品种茯砖茶中"金花"含量差异较大。

     

    Abstract: Objective:To analyze the content distribution of"Golden Flower" in Fuzhuan Tea in Shaanxi Province. Methods:According to the method of GB 5413.15, the content of "Golden Flower"of fifty samples FZC-1~FZC-50 were tested. Results:The growth rates of different strains on the same medium were different, the reproductive made of the strains was sexual reproduction and asexual reproduction, the colonies were yellow, dark yellow, brown or yellowish. The highest content of "Golden Flower"was FZC-35, 350×104 CFU/g. The lowest content was FZC-2 and FZC-4, which was 20×104 CFU/g. 48 samples met the standard GB/T 9833.3-2013 minimum requirement (20×104 CFU/g). 44 samples met the standard DBS61/0006-2014 minimum requirement (30×104 CFU/g). The results showed that there were great differences in the content of"Golden Flower"among different brick tea in Shaanxi area.
