电化学生物传感器在黄曲霉毒素检测中的应用研究进展

Application Research Development of Electrochemical Biosensors in Detection of Aflatoxins

  • 摘要: 黄曲霉毒素具有高毒性和致癌性,极易污染各种食品和农产品,因此建立快速有效的分析方法对于其监测和检测具有重要意义。电化学生物传感器以其操作简便、成本低廉、灵敏度高、特异性强、无需对样品进行复杂处理等优势,在黄曲霉毒素检测中得到了广泛应用。文章综述了免疫传感器、核酸适体传感器、酶传感器在黄曲霉毒素中的应用及研究进展,并对电化学生物传感器在黄曲霉毒素中的应用前景进行展望,为进一步发展简便、快速、灵敏的新型电化学传感器提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Aflatoxin has acute toxicity and strong carcinogenicity, which can easily contaminate various foods and agricultural products. Thus, it is significantly important to establish a quick and accurate analysis method for its monitoring and detecting. Electrochemical biosensor has been widely used in the detection of aflatoxin, owing to its advantages of easy operation, a low cost, a high sensitivity, a strong specificity and no need for complex treatment of the sample. This paper introduced the application and research progress of immunosensor, aptasensor, and enzyme sensor in detection of aflatoxin. What's more, the prospect of its application was also envisaged. This review could provide some new references for the development of a simple, fast and sensitive electrochemical sensor in future.
