硒多糖的合成方法及其特性研究进展

Research Progress on Synthesis Methods and Characteristics of Selenium Polysaccharides

  • 摘要: 硒多糖在药物的发现和开发中发挥着重要的作用,但天然硒多糖的含量较少且不稳定,在一定程度上限制了硒多糖的应用发展。因此,利用人工合成具有药物价值硒多糖的方法受到越来越多的关注。然而,目前硒多糖的合成方法仍各有其局限性,有关合成后硒多糖安全性的研究尚处于起步阶段。所以,探索优化硒多糖的合成方法以及构建硒多糖的安全评价体系是目前乃至今后的一个研究重点。本文对硒多糖的合成方法及其生理特性的研究现状进行综述。

     

    Abstract: Selenium polysaccharides play an important role in drug development. However,the content of natural selenium polysaccharide is less and unstable,which limits the application of selenium polysaccharide. Therefore,synthetic selenium polysaccharides have received more and more attention. However,the synthesis methods of selenium polysaccharides still have their limitations and selenium polysaccharide safety research is in its infancy. Therefore,the synthetic evaluation of selenium polysaccharides and the construction of selenium polysaccharide safety evaluation system is a research focus in the future. In this paper,the research status of the synthesis methods and physiological characteristics of selenium polysaccharides are reviewed.
