国产减肥保健食品现状分析

Analysis of the Status in Domestic Registered Weight-reduction Health Foods

  • 摘要: 为了分析我国已注册减肥保健食品原料使用、功效/标志性成分测定的分布情况,为此类产品的研发和监管提供参考,本文利用回顾性调查方法,系统调查国家食品药品监督管理总局网站公布的已注册减肥保健食品信息,建立数据库,进行分析。结果表明,现行有效的国产减肥保健食品共有360个,原料使用频率最高的为荷叶、决明子、左旋肉碱等;功效/标志性成分测定频率最高的为左旋肉碱、总黄酮、总蒽醌等。此类产品存在原料选择集中、部分功效/标志性成分测定手段落后、对含蒽醌原料的毒理研究不足的缺点,今后应加强开发新原料及新配方,采用科学全面的质量控制方法,研发更为安全有效的产品。

     

    Abstract: To analyze the condition and distribution of raw materials and functional ingredients of domestic registered weight-reduction health foods,and provide reference for development and supervision in this kind of products. A retrospective method was used to systematically survey the information of registered weight-reduction health foods on the CFDA website,and a database was established and analyzed. Results showed that:There had 360 currently valid domestic weight-reduction health foods. The most frequently used materials were lotus leaf,cassia seed and L-carnitine,etc. The most frequently tested functional and dominant ingredients were L-carnitine,total flavonoids,and total anthraquinone,etc. The defects of weight-reduction products were generally exist,such as commonly selections of raw materials,obsolete testing methods of functional and dominant ingredients,insufficient toxicological studies on anthraquinone-containing materials. In conclusion,the development of new materials and prescriptions was urgently required,modern analysis methods were needed in quality control to develop more safe and effective products.
