冠突散囊菌医药价值研究进展

Research Process on Medical Value of Eurotium cristatum

  • 摘要: 冠突散囊菌(Eurotium cristatum)是茯砖茶发酵过程中的优势真菌,作为一种通过发酵工艺长成的益生菌,其能有效地调节人体新陈代谢,并有较强的降脂、降压、调节糖类代谢的功效,被认为是在医学领域具有应用潜力的微生物,逐步得到科研的重视。本文从药理学研究、生物活性两方面对冠突散囊菌的研究现状进行归纳总结,并对其在医药方面的应用前景进行了展望。冠突散囊菌具有对培养条件要求低,其有效成分提取工艺简便,并安全无毒等优点,同时具有提高免疫力,调节肠道菌群与降血脂等生物活性,可在临床抗肿瘤,治疗腹泻以及减肥等领域发挥新的用途。

     

    Abstract: Eurotium cristatum is the predominant fungus of Fu-brick Tea in the fermentation process. As a probiotic,it can effectively regulate the metabolism of the human body,and has the effect of reducing fat,lowering blood pressure and regulating carbohydrate metabolism. E. cristatum has potential applications in the preservation of medicine and has been gradually paid attention to researchers. This study introduced the study status of pharmic,the biological activity and medical application of E. cristatum were reviewed in this paper. E. cristatum has the advantages of low requirement for culture conditions,easy to extract effective components,and is safe and non-toxic. E. cristatum has the biological activity of improving immunity,regulating intestinal flora,and lowering lipid,and it may play a new role in the fields of clinical antitumor,abdominal diarrhea,and weight loss.
