有机溶剂萃取-高效液相色谱法检测玉米浆中黄曲霉毒素B₁

摘要: 以玉米浆(干、湿样)作为样品,用有机萃取法精简样品处理方式,比较了4种有机溶剂萃取黄曲霉毒素B₁的回收率,用高效液相色谱(High performance liquid chromatography,HPLC)紫外检测器检测AFB₁,以期建立一种检测玉米浆中黄曲霉毒素B₁(Aflatioxin,AFB₁)的高效液相色谱检测方法。结果表明,二氯甲烷为样品检测的最适萃取剂,该方法的加标回收率为96.2%~99.3%,相对标准偏差(Relative standard deviation,RSD)为0.68%~1.97%。该方法简便、廉价、准确,适用于玉米浆中AFB₁的检测。

Abstract: In this paper,corn syrup(dry and wet samples)was taken as sample. The method of organic solvent extraction was used to simplify the sample processing and the recovery rates of aflatoxin B₁ from 4 organic solvents were compared to develop a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method for the determination of AFB₁ in corn syrup. The results showed that,dichloromethane was the optimum extractant for sample detection,and the recovery rate of this method was 96.2%~99.3%,the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 0.68%~1.97%. The method was simple,cheap,accurate and suitable for the detection of AFB₁ in corn syrup.
