紫娟茶原花青素的组分及活性评价

Analysis on Components and Activities of Proanthocyanidins from Zijuan Tea

  • 摘要: 为研究紫娟茶原花青素组分结构及对α-淀粉酶的抑制活性,本文首先对紫娟茶原花青素进行提取纯化,并采用香草醛硫酸法测定其纯度为93%,之后,利用UPLC-ESI-MS对其原花青素组分进行鉴定,初步鉴定出至少3种单体(包括(E)C,EGC,EGCG)和7种原花青素低聚物体(包括原花青素多聚体m/z 761,m/z 745,m/z 729,m/z 865,m/z 881,m/z 609,m/z 593)。并研究了紫娟茶原花青素对α-淀粉酶的抑制活性,表明紫娟原花青素较阿卡波糖及原花青素单体EGCG有更好的抑制活性。这项研究表明,紫娟中原花青素有成为抗糖尿病及减肥药物的潜力。

     

    Abstract: To study the structure of proanthocyanidin in zijuan tea and its inhibitory activity on the α-amylase. The proanthocyanidins of Zijuan tea were extracted and purified,and the purity of proanthocyanidins was 93% by vanillin sulfuric acid method. Then,UPLC-ESI-MS was used to identify the components of procyanidins,initial identification of at least 3 monomers(including(E)C,EGC,EGCG)and 7 procyanidins oligomers(including proanthocyanidin polymer m/z 761,m/z 745,m/z 729,m/z 865,m/z 881,m/z 609,m/z 593),and its inhibitory activity on α-amylase was studied,which showed that the procyanidins of Zijuan had better inhibitory activity than acarbose and EGCG.This study showed that Zijuan proanthocyandins had become anti-diabetic drugs and weight-loss potential.
