虫草及其制品中D-甘露醇检测技术研究进展

Research Progress on Detection Techniques for D-mannitol of Cordyceps and Its Products

  • 摘要: D-甘露醇是虫草及其制品中主要的生物活性成分,是评价虫草及其制品品质或进行质控的重要指标,虫草及其制品又被广泛用于保健食品、功能食品、医药等的制作。实现对D-甘露醇的有效检测,是虫草的科学培育,虫草及虫草制品的研究、加工与质量控制等的重要前提。目前对天然或人工培养虫草与虫草相关制品中D-甘露醇的检测已有大量研究,但缺乏系统的评述。本文综述了现有虫草及其制品中D-甘露醇检测技术的研究进展,比较分析了不同检测方法的优势与不足,对领域现有问题进行分析并对后续研究进行展望,以期对现有D-甘露醇检测技术的完善或开发新型检测方法提供指导,同时,为虫草及其制品的进一步开发研究、质量监控及相关细分检测标准的制定提供参考。

     

    Abstract: D-mannitol is the main bioactive component of Cordyceps and its products, which is an important index to evaluate the quality and quality control of Cordyceps and its products. And, the Cordyceps and its products have been widely used in the production of health food, functional food, medicine, etc. Achieving effective detection of D-mannitol is the important precondition of Cordyceps cultivating, and study, processing, quality control to Cordyceps and its products. At present, studies on analytical methods of D-mannitol detection in natural or cultured Cordyceps and their products have been widely carried out. However, systematic review on the analytical method is relatively scarce. This paper reviewed recent techniques for the detection of D-mannitol of Cordyceps and its products. The advantages and disadvantages of each detection method were analyzed. The existing problems in this research field were pointed out and the follow-up research trend were forecasted. In order to provide theoretical guidance for the improvement of the existing detection methods and development of new detection methods, meanwhile, provide valuable references for the further development and research, quality control and detection standard setting of Cordyceps and its products.
