植物单宁的生物活性研究进展

Research Progress on the Bioactivity of Plant Origin Tannins

  • 摘要: 单宁是一类高分子量水溶性多酚类化合物的总称,广泛分布于植物的各个部位,它以膳食多酚的形式被人体摄入。单宁分为水解单宁和缩合单宁(原花青素)两大类,具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗菌、保护心脑血管等多种生物活性。本文综述了水解单宁和缩合单宁的吸收、代谢,以及其生物活性的研究进展,以期为植物单宁的研究提供一定参考。

     

    Abstract: Tannins are a heterogeneous group of high molecular weight, water-soluble polyphenolic compounds, widely distribute in various parts of plant, they can be intake by human in the form of dietary polyphenols. Tannins can be divided into two major categories, hydrolyzed tannins and condensed tannins (proanthocyanidins), with highly biological activities such as antioxidant activity, inhibition of cancer, anti-bacterial activity, cardiovascular disease prevention. In this paper, the advances in research on absorption, metabolism and biological activity of tannins were reviewed to provide some reference for the study of plant tannins.
