γ-PGA的基本特性、生产方法及相关应用

Traits,Production and Application of Poly-γ-glutamic Acid

  • 摘要: γ-聚谷氨酸(γ-PGA)具有良好的水溶性和吸附性,能完全被生物降解,对人体和环境无毒害无污染,在食品、化妆品、医药和环境等方面具有广泛的应用。但目前过高的生产成本严重制约了γ-PGA应用。因此,本文在γ-PGA基本特性,生产方法及相关实际应用方面进行综述,重点阐述了微生物发酵法生产γ-PGA,结论表明菌株选育、发酵基质选择、发酵过程的优化调控以及下游分离纯化技术的升级都有利于降低γ-PGA生产成本,提升生产效率。最后,基于已有的研究进展,结合本领域的发展趋势,提出目前存在问题及未来研究的展望,为推动γ-PGA的研究与应用开发提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Poly-γ-glutamic acid(γ-PGA)with good water solubility,biodegradability,and adsorption is nontoxic to human body and natural environment,and thus it has been already widespreadly used in such fields as food,cosmetics,medical,and wastewater industries. However,the high production cost of γ-PGA impedes it from being further applied. Therefore,the traits,production and application of γ-PGA were reviewed in this work,where microbial production of γ-PGA was emphasized. The work revealed that selection of fermentation matrix,optimization and regulation of fermentation process,and updating separation and purification technology would help reduce the production cost of γ-PGA and improve the productive efficiency. Finally,based on the present researches and the responding developing tendency,the problems in previous work about γ-PGA were proposed,and meanwhile,the prospect in future research of γ-PGA was made. This work will provide a valued reference for theoretical research and practical application of γ-PGA.
