农产品无损检测方法应用现状

Application Status of Nondestructive Testing Methods for Agricultural Products

  • 摘要: 本文以无损检测技术为切入点,简要介绍了核磁共振技术、声学技术、近红外分析技术、机器视觉技术、X射线等用于农产品品质无损检测的方法及其原理,论述了其在农产品中的研究现状,分析了各方法的应用前景及存在的问题。可为农产品的无损检测提供一定的检测理论基础。

     

    Abstract: Nondestructive detection technology has become a hotspot of detection technology. The principles and applications of non-destructive methods of agricultural products were briefly introduced,such as nuclear magnetic resonance technology,acoustic technology,near infrared analysis technology,machine vision technology,X ray detection method and so on. The application prospects and problems of non-destructive methods were analyzed. This paper can provide theoretical basis for the development and utilization of agricultural products.
