Abstract:
The purpose of this experiment was to screen a yeast that could effectively degrade urethane and identify its species by ITS DNA fragment. The content of urethane in the fermented product of the selected strains was determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),a yeast was determined which had a strong degradation capacity, the species was identified according to the phylogenetic tree, and the degradation conditions were optimized. The results showed that,it was G1-3 which had the stronger degradation capability, identified
Metschnikowia reukaufii, the optimized degradation conditions were:the amount of inoculation 3%,38℃,170 r/min,fermented for 4.5 days, the final degradation of quantity was around 65.57%.
