Abstract:
The extraction of phospholipids from apricot by microwave assisted technology was studied. Taking the extraction yield of phospholipids as index, orthogonal experiment was employed to optimize the extraction process based on the single factors including extraction temperature, extraction time, microwave power and ratio of solid to liquid. The optimal conditions were obtained as follows:extraction time of 15 min, microwave power of 400 W, solid-liquid ratio of 1:25 (g/mL) and extraction temperature of 45℃. Under these conditions, the yield of phospholipids have reached 0.0977%±0.0015%. Phospholipids were separated by high performance liquid chromatography, and the phosphatidylethanolamine (PE) content in seed coat was (0.3936±0.0082) mg/g. The method provided given data support for full utilization of the apricot resource.
