Abstract:
To analysis the volatile components in
Armillaria mellea. PDMS/DVB fiber was used as extraction fiber. HP-SPME-GC-MS was used to identified the components of volatile in
Armillaria mellea. Matching degree (≥ 90%) was chosen as qualitative standard. Peak area normalization method was chosen as calculation method of the relative content of chemical compositions. The results showed that HS-SPME-GC-MS had a good performance of isolation and identification of volatile components in
Armillaria mellea. 39 kinds of aroma components, which account for 88.74% of total aroma components, were identified. Among all the aroma components, 15 kinds of ester substances were included, occupying 54.9% of the total. 8 acids of aromatic substances were included, occupying 12.97% of the total. 4 aromatic components were included, occupying 7.25% of the total. The three compounds with the highest proportion are respectively Cis-9-eighteen octadecadenoate, 9, 12-eighteen octadecadienoic, and ethyl whose contents were 13.93%, 12.7% and 8.74% of the total respectively. The experiment showed that the main components in the volatile components of dried
Armillaria mellea were the large molecular ester compounds. These results could provide the base for quality evaluation of dried
Armillaria mellea.
