厚朴叶脱色及染色工艺的优化

Optimization of decolorization and dyeing process of leaves of Magnolia officinalls

  • 摘要: 厚朴是中国的传统中药原材料,广泛用作食品包装材料。本实验以20%食盐腌制的厚朴叶为原料,对乙醇脱色和叶绿素铜钠盐复染的最佳工艺进行了研究。以脱色残液中的叶绿素含量为指标,通过单因素实验和正交实验得到最佳脱色工艺为:乙醇浓度80%、料液比1:50 g/mL、脱色温度70 ℃、脱色时间3 h,此时厚朴叶转变为茶花色。以叶绿素铜钠盐的上染率为指标,通过单因素实验和正交实验得到最佳染色工艺为:叶绿素铜钠盐浓度4 g/L、料液比1:5 g/mL、染色温度95 ℃、染色时间40 min,成功地将厚朴叶复染呈亮绿色。该工艺可应用于厚朴叶工业化生产。

     

    Abstract: Magnolia officinalis is the raw material of traditional Chinese medicine, its leaves are widely used as food packaging material. In this study, effects of ethanol (decolourant)and sodium copper chlorophyllin (coloring agent)on Magnolia officinalls leaves preserved in 20% NaCl condition by single factor and orthogonal design methods were investigated. The result showed that the optimum conditions were decolorization ethanol concentration of 80%, solid liquid ratio of 1:50 g/mL, temperature of 70℃ and time for 3 h, the color of Magnolia officinalis leaves was changed to tea yellow. Also, the best dyeing combinations were sodium copper chlorophyllin concentration of 4 g/L, solid liquid ratio of 1:5 g/mL, temperature of 95℃ and time of 40 min.Under these conditions, the color of leaves was retied to bright green. This improved process achieved satisfactory results in leaves products of Magnolia officinalis.
